Jets QB Aaron Rodgers says despite now playing in New York, he still supports his old Green Bay Packers team and is not satisfied and #039; The Lions won the NFC North

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers said during his regular appearance on the Pat McAfee Show that he is still rooting for the Green Bay Packers to win the NFC North. Rodgers initially turned his sights on McAfee, who started the Minnesota Vikings and#039;SKOLand#039; sing before you saw that he was both unhappy and The Detroit Lions won the division for the first time in 30 years. and#039;Even though I’m in New York, I definitely want the green and gold to take over the Nordics every year and#039; Rodgers said Tuesday.

Jared [Goffand#039;s] had a really nice season, obviously [Amon-Ra] St. Brown is an amazing receiver… Jahmyr [Gibband#039;s] had a really nice year and he’s always been a Montgomery fan. the way he runs the ball, his tenacity.and#039; Rodgers spent 18 seasons with the Packers before being traded to the Jets that offseason.

Green Bay originally drafted Rodgers with the 24th overall pick in 2005 when he shockingly fell in the first round. During his time in the green and yellow, Rodgers passed for 59,055 yards, 475 touchdowns and 105 interceptions.

He also won four MVP awards and the 2010 Super Bowl. Rodgers’ first year in New York was far from the success he saw in Green Bay, but only four tackles in his Jets debut after tearing his Achilles. Despite showing flashes of hope early in the season, New York is 6-9 without Rodgers and statistically was the worst offense in the entire NFL.
