Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey is working out all alone at his home in Tennessee.
He surrendered fans a nearby glance at his exercises in the weight room in his carport and in drills on a field during a 12-minute YouTube video blog debut. It was posted on the main day of the Dolphins’ offseason program Monday.
“It’s something major being independent. I do a ton of things without help from anyone else,” Ramsey said, by means of Omar Kelly of SI.com. “I get it in without help from anyone else, however I certainly got a group behind the scenes assisting me with all that I have going on.”
Ramsey, who has no exercise rewards in his agreement attached to his cooperation in the group’s willful offseason program, said he spends his offseasons chipping away at strength, speed, deftness and method.
“You won’t see me conflicting with anyone. I’m not going up against anyone on the field,” Ramsey said. “You’ll see me . . . attempting to consummate my art. I like to give a show regardless of what I’m doing.”

Ramsey, who said this is the first offseason in quite a while he isn’t rehabbing a physical issue, watched the Dolphins’ offseason program after the exchange from the Rams in 2023. Yet, he didn’t take part until instructional course. That could be his arrangement again this year.
“You all will have the opportunity to see what I imagine an offseason resembling for me to be in most excellent execution for where I need to be,” Ramsey said. “I’m really energized for that. It will be my first offseason like that since the year prior to the Super Bowl in L.A. That was one of the most incredible long stretches of my vocation.”
