Louisville, Ky. – A Louisville, Kentucky, man was condemned yesterday to 10 years in government jail for endeavored web-based temptation of a minor.
U.S. Lawyer Michael A. Bennett of the Western Region of Kentucky and Specialist in Control Michael E. Stansbury of the FBI Louisville Field Office made the declaration.
As per court records, Joshua Ryan Teichman, 33, was condemned to 10 years in jail, trailed by 15 years of regulated discharge, for one count of endeavored web-based temptation of a minor. Teichman utilized a cell phone to get to online applications by means of the web to speak with a minor female and a covert policing he accepted to be the minor female. During those correspondences he purposely endeavored to allure the minor to take part in criminal sexual movement by trading physically express pictures and making arrangements to meet face to face for sexual contact.
There is no parole in the government framework.
