LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A capture has been made in the dangerous quick in and out that left a dad of three dead back in Spring.

Father accused of killing 3 sons wants statements after arrest thrown out

On Walk 25, 48-year-old John “Michael” Nash was strolling on the northward shoulder of Preston Roadway when he was hit by a vehicle. The vehicle that hit him dashed off, proceeding northward on Preston prior to turning onto Greenery Valley Street.

The vehicle was depicted by observers as a white traveler car with harm on the front traveler side. A capture reference said 49-year-old James Foutch was seen on observation getting into his vehicle in the 7300 block of Preston Parkway, not a long way from where Nash was hit.

Foutch is accused of homicide, leaving the location of a mishap without delivering help, and inability to keep up with required protection.

Nash was a dad of three and a granddad of two.
