The unknown man paid the triumphant scratch-off ticket at the Thorntons on Shelbyville Street on Saturday, as indicated by a delivery.

He told Kentucky Lottery authorities that when he gets additional cash, now and again he jumps at the chance to pay scratch-off tickets.

The man said his life partner messaged him as he advanced toward the Kentucky Lottery central command Monday evening, actually ready to be informed it was a trick. Nonetheless, the Louisville man returned home with a check for $36,000 after charges. He said he intends to do some house fixes and furthermore attempt to save the rest.
