After losing out on Arik Armstead, the Buffalo Bills turned their focus to the other side of the football and landed the top receiver remaining on the market.On Thursday night, the Bills agreed-to-terms with wide receiver Curtis Samuel on a three-year, $24 million deal that can reach up to $30 million.
