TUSCALLOOSA, AL There is still a roster churn.Alabama linebacker Kendrick Blackshire, who will join wide receiver Isaiah Bond as the second Crimson Tide athlete to transfer to the Longhorns, confirmed his transfer commitment to Texas on Tuesday.Blackshire, a former Duncanville, Texas, four-star recruit, led the Crimson Tide in tackles as a junior with 16.

Coming out of high school, Blackshire was the No. 168 player overall and the No. 21 linebacker in the country, committing to Alabama early under current Texas assistant Jeff Banks during the COVID recruiting season.
