done deabefore being fired, Jesse Marsch describes the unsuccessful Weston McKennie plan at Leeds United.

Leeds had an exceptionally busy mid-season window in January , with McKennie becoming one of three senior arrivals. After talking with fellow Americans Tyler Adams and Brendan Aaronson, the American midfielder joined a loan with Juventus, but he was unable to have an impact at Elland Road as the Whites were relegated.Within ten days of his arrival, McKennie’s luck in West Yorkshire was not improved by the decision to fire Marsch, the man who had campaigned for his signing. Additionally, in the most recent of his many medrances, the former Whites manager detailed how he would have deployed the heavily criticized midfield player.

Javi Gracia took over at Elland Road after Marsch left, but he only lasted ten weeks before losing his job as well. In a desperate bid to survive, Sam Allardyce was hired as manager, but in his four games, he managed just one victory.

Despite starting every game under both managers, McKennie was unable to gain the support of Leeds fans and had no defined position in the squad. He was relegated to Juventus very immediately after his move, and the option to make it permanent was never exercised.

In a November speech, the American acknowledged that his performances in West Yorkshire had “let certain people down.” Now that he is back at Juventus, Max Allegri uses him as a regular starter.

Given their relationship with the French powerhouses, Leeds United and the 49ers Enterprises may potentially take advantage of the possibility to sell the wanted defender now that PSG has entered the picture.

After Robin Koch signed a pre-contract deal with Eintracht Frankfurt, joining them permanently, it would be disastrous for the Whites to see yet another defender leave Elland Road for nothing. Koch’s contract is set to expire in six months.

Given that PSG is a very wealthy club, Leeds United should seize this chance to collect a sizable payout for Llorente’s services, as his tenure there is almost certainly coming to an end

The source mentions that Llorente played for Spain under Luis Enrique, who is currently the manager of PSG. After failing in his attempt to sign Dayot Upamecano of Bayern Munich, the former Barcelona coach has now turned his focus to his fellow countryman (Santi Aouna, 9 January).

Given that the Spaniard has informed those closest to him that he has no intention of returning to Elland Road, it is obvious that he sees his future elsewhere (Forza Roma, 11 April).Leeds United now has a fantastic chance to attempt to negotiate for a higher fee to sign Llorente.
