Update after Kernersville emergency crews rescued 2 after car crashed and tumbled into ravine

According to Kernersville Fire & Rescue, units were alerted to the accident at 8:37 a.m. Sunday morning after the car veered off 421. The two occupants of the vehicle required extraction, and fire officials said they had to use their 100-foot tower ladder to extricate one of the victims from the ravine.
