Two people in southern Vung Tau beach town were killed when a car crashed into three motorbikes waiting at a red light Thursday night.
A woman drove a car on Nguyen Van Troi Street towards the Bai Truoc beach at around 9:45 p.m. when the vehicle hit the motorbikes which were waiting at the traffic lights.
After dragging two people with it, the car only stopped when it rammed into a streetlamp on Le Quy Don Street.
It was chaotic. I only managed to give first-aid to a boy around 14 years of age, and a woman who nearly had her leg cut off,” the witness said, adding that the car had previously hit an environmental worker first
