Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese had a solid WNBA All-Star debut on Saturday evening in Team WNBA’s 117-109 upset win over Team USA.
In 18 minutes of action off the bench, Reese made her presence known. The former LSU Tigers star recorded 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting, 11 rebounds, a steal, and a block.
Not only did Reese stuff the stat sheet, but she also became the first rookie in WNBA history to record a double-double in an All-Star game.After the game, Reese was walking through the arena tunnel with a game ball, celebrating.
