Nine years ago today a high speed train going over twice the speed limit crashed in Galicia (Spain) killing 80 and injuring everyone else on board.

There was also another reason why the duo undertook the journey. “We wanted to generate funds for Sights for Kids, which supports visually-impaired children in association with Johnson and Johnson, the US, and the Lions Club International of which we are members,” he says.

Any person can raise money for Sight for Kids by walking, running or cycling after downloading the Charity Miles app, he says. “After you have turned on the GPS, the app records the number of miles you have clocked. For every mile covered, 20 cents go to a charity chosen by you. In our case, we raised $200,” adds Prashant.
