Sea Wall Boulevard and 95th Street, Galveston, around 10:45 p.m.

Luis is a Hispanic male, 5’2″ tall, weighing 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.

Luis is visiting from out of state, speaks only Spanish, and has no known connections in the area.
