Which Alabama players gained, lost the most weight before 2024 fall camp?

Alabama updated its roster with heights and weights for players before fall camp.

 

Alabama updated its online football roster Monday to reflect the latest heights and weights for players after it began fall camp last week.

 

Overall, scholarship players gained a net of 746 pounds from the previous roster, which included weights carried over from previous schools and high schools. That figure includes 856 pounds among players gaining weight and 110 pounds among players losing weight.

 

Here are the players who gained and lost the most weight from what was previously listed on the roster:
