Allan, a nine-time Brazil international, will now play for Everton alongside Carlo Ancelotti, with whom he previously collaborated for two seasons while the Italian was manager of Napoli. Everton defeated Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund in the fight to sign Allan, who spent five years in Naples, thanks to the signing of Ancelotti.
