The Red Devils’ pursuit of the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder is believed to be at an advanced stage, with personal terms reportedly agreed. However, Ugarte said earlier this year that he was keen to remain in the French capital, so completion of the transfer cannot be assumed just yet.
