Despite Leeds United having approved a deal for Glen Kamara to join Rennes, Daniel Farke will not easily allow him to depart. After the midfielder joined the team just a year ago, former Leeds goalkeeper Paul Robinson said in an exclusive interview with Football Insider that the management would not have wished to consider bids for the player.
He continued by speculating that there might have been a problem at Elland Road that forced Farke to accept the arrangement. According to Robinson, Kamara might have requested permission from the board to go, and Farke wouldn’t want to retain a player who wasn’t interested in being there.
