Report:Angel Reese, POWERADE Olympic Campaign, And Additional Information

After missing the Olympics in Tokyo, the fastest woman alive will compete in the Paris Games.

Sha’Carri Richardson, the fastest woman alive, is eager to discuss her selection as one of the faces of POWERADE’s next Olympic campaign. According to an official press release, Richardson and swimmer Katie Grimes, who won a silver medal, were appointed as POWERADE partners for their “It Takes More” campaign in commemoration of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

One could question, though, why, given her massive profile, Sha’Carri chose Gatorade rather than the other option. It was all about “connection,” the track and field athlete tells VIBE, and naturally, it brings up memories of her time as an LSU Tiger.

Since my time at LSU, I have been associated with and used POWERADE, which is a legendary brand, Lady Flash exclusively told VIBE. The IT TAKES MORE campaign also struck a chord with me. Since this is the job that requires the most effort, I firmly believe that the preparation you put in before the track meet will greatly aid in your ability to execute at your best. It all made sense when I considered everything, especially because I adore the flavor of POWERADE.
