Sad News : Alabama football QB announced there top ……..

This will be the 14th meeting between these two teams, with UNC leading the all-time series 8-6. The Crimson Tide are returning some key players to their roster for the 2024-25 season, including Mark Sears, Grant Nelson, and Jarin Stevenson. The Heels are also returning a number of key players — RJ Davis, Elliot Cadeau, and Seth Trimble decided to stay on campus to team up with incoming freshmen Ian Jackson, Drake Powell, and James Brown. Hubert Davis also picked up Belmont transfer Cade Tyson and Vanderbilt transfer Ven-Allen Lubin, and we could see one or two names added from the portal before the summer is over.

So far we know that the Tar Heels will face the following Power Five opponents in non-conference play: Kansas, Alabama, Florida, and UCLA. They will play in the Maui Invitational this year as well, so they could face off against Auburn, Colorado, Dayton, UConn, Michigan State, Memphis, or Iowa State. There are at least a few games that have the potential to be Quad 1 games, but more importantly is the fact that the Heels will be challenged early and often in their quest to return to the NCAA Tournament and hopefully make a run to the Final Four. Facing off against the Crimson Tide will be a big test for a team that will have enough new faces to make things really interesting. Hopefully the Dean Dome atmosphere will be enough of a home court advantage in what will likely be one of the more important games of the season.
