Ferrari have been fined €5000 for a tire bungle on Charles Leclerc’s vehicle during second practice at the F1 Canadian Fantastic Prix.

There was a peculiar second in Friday’s second practice meeting at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve when Leclerc was unexpectedly told to pit by his Ferrari group.

This created starting turmoil for Leclerc, who asked his group for subtleties in the conviction he might have had an issue, to which Ferrari informed him there was no issue except for to pit in any case.

It then, at that point, arose on screen that the stewards were investigating an occurrence including Leclerc’s Ferrari.

The justification behind the examination was on the grounds that his Ferrari had been fitted with moderate tires before the track was authoritatively proclaimed wet by the FIA.
