Following the game, Carter had refused to answer reporters’ questions on why she shoved Clark, but criticized the guard later on Threads.

Replying to video of her post-game press conference – with a caption (from another user) that said ‘Kudos to all of this women they have really made WNBA interesting’ – Carter fired back.

‘[And] that’s that on that cause beside three point shooting what does [Clark] bring to the table man,’ she wrote.

Clark is averaging 16.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game, though she’s also coughing up 5.6 turnovers per contest.Things got chippy between Clark and Carter on Saturday, as the latter appeared to yell ‘you b***h’ at the former Iowa star as she knocked her to the ground.

Extended video of the sequence also appears to show Clark jawing at Carter as they made their way down the court following an Aaliyah Boston basket.
