CLEVELAND– While there is no football being played in the offseason, that certainly does not stop the rumors from flying off the walls.

After holding rookie minicamp in early May, the Cleveland Browns are currently in the voluntary OTA workout phase of the offseason. Following OTA’s Cleveland will hold a mandatory minicamp from June 11th to 13th before training camp opens up in late July.

“It is like coming back on the field again, seeing the faces again, getting to know my new teammates,” Browns Elijah Moore told reporters on Thursday. “But it is good to be back out here and see the new teammates and gel and learn them as well and also getting back to work.”

Quarterback Deshaun Watson is a limited participant during OTA’s as he recovers from his season-ending shoulder surgery.

“We’re rotating days for now,” head coach Kevin Stefanski said. “That will change as we get into minicamp, as obviously when you get into training camp. But for right now, he’ll be throwing every other day.”

The Browns will travel to The Greenbrier for the second consecutive season during training camp. After spending a little over a week in 2024, it is believed the Browns will spend even more time there this year as part of the CrossCountry Mortgage Campus in Berea, which is under construction. Unlike prior years, the Browns will not have as many open training camp sessions due to the trip planned, along with limited space with construction.
