Milwaukee Bucks news: Cailtlin Clark continues to struggle with the harsh reality of life in the WNBA. On Thursday night, the Indiana Fever suffered their eighth loss in nine games as they fell to the Seattle Storm in another blowout, 103-88.

The loss did not come without incident either as Clark got involved in a heated altercation with Storm forward Victoria Vivians. Bucks guard Patrick Beverley was tuned in to the action and the veteran loved the competitive fire he saw in the highly-touted rookie.

Both Clark and Vivians were issued with technical fouls for the respective roles they played in the second-quarter altercation. Clark seems to have taken exception to something Vivians did or said, which led to the former Iowa superstar confronting her opponent. There was no way Vivians was backing down, though:

Being the competitor that he is, Pat Bev absolutely loved the action from Thursday’s WNBA showdown. The three-time All-Defense guard took to X, formerly Twitter, to share his reaction to Clark’s antics on the court:

Unfortunately for Clark, she ended up on the wrong end of another brutal loss. This was despite her 20-point, nine-rebound effort in 40 minutes of action.

The Fever are now 1-8 on the season and there’s no denying that Clark has not been enjoying the same level of success she did in college now that she’s in the pros.
