Enemies can occasionally turn into your rivals. No, hold on… It originated from a Machine Gun Kelly discography. We intended to emphasize that rivals can occasionally become allies due to free agency. Yes, that was our intended destination.

Two defensive talents, Tyler Hall and P.J. Mustipher, would never have faced off on the field in a Raiders vs. Broncos football game. Technically speaking, Mustipher didn’t stay in Mile High City long enough to experience the long-running rivalry between the Raiders and the Broncos.

Mustipher was selected by the Broncos after going undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft. On August 29 of that year, he was waived and signed again to the practice squad, but the New Orleans Saints signed him instead.

Following the most recent NFL season, Mustipher was not extended by the Saints. On March 19, Philly formally announced his deal. Another underappreciated addition is linebacker Oren Burks. A day later, we found out that defensive back Tyler Hall had also been added.

Halloween is Hall’s 26th birthday. Similar to Mustipher, he was not selected. He got cut while playing for Wyoming, unlike Mustipher. As a professional, he has made 31 appearances in regular season games.

Mustipher probably has a tougher path to making Philly’s roster as he is in competition with Thomas Booker IV for roster consideration while both are staring up at Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis, Milton Williams, Marlon Tuipulotu, Moro Ojomo, and Noah Elliss on the depth chart.

Hall joins Darius Slay, James Bradberry, Kelee Ringo, Zech McPhearson, Eli Ricks, Isaiah Rodgers, Josh Jobe, Mario Goodrich, Mekhi Garner, and Tiawan Mullen as the listed cornerbacks on Philly’s current offseason roster.
