Las Vegas Raiders edge rusher Maxx Crosby has made it clear that he expects greatness from himself, as evidenced by the tattoos of famous sportsmen on his chest and his stated goal to be among the greatest of all time. That’s why it seems sense that he would stand for a company that adopts that philosophy. In his most recent “The Rush With Maxx Crosby” podcast, Crosby disclosed that he had joined the Jordan Brand, the official apparel line of basketball icon Michael Jordan.

Crosby stated on the show, “I mean, literally, since Day 1, I’ve been manifesting it.” “I’ve always wanted to be with Jordan, and I didn’t want to be with anybody else. There are fourteen players in the league.I believe I was with CJ [LaBoy] when he phoned me shortly after the season ended to say, “Hey, let’s talk.” And I’m thinking, “Oh [expletive], what the heck is going on here?” What took place?

“And he said, ‘Bro, Jordan wants you, bro.'” right away. He said, “Cliff”—”shoutout to Cliff King from Jordan, the man”—”but they have their names, they have to send it to Michael [Jordan], and Michael chose the boy.” Cliff also gave me a call. And, my friend, it’s a [expletive] dream come true.Since Day 1, I’ve wanted to be with them.”

Crosby described his supper with Team Jordan, which featured some of the NFL’s top players, as “legendary.” “I mean, Honey Badger [Tyrann Mathieu], obviously Cam Jordan, lot of big dogs in there,” remarked Crosby. “And Dwight Freeney was another one. It was awesome that I got to chop it up with him.” Crosby is a member of Team Jordan along with Davante Adams, another Raiders teammate.
