‘SAD’ REPORT OF THE LATEST TIGER WOODS ACTIVITY: “MUST BE BAD BLOOD”

The decision to remove the Nike logo from photos from some of the most iconic moments in Woods’ career has some fans wondering if there is animosity. “That’s crazy,” one X user wrote. “Why edit old pics to remove the Nike logo? That’s not commonly done. Must be some very bad blood.” Another user added: “It’s wild to edit out the logo from the 2019 Masters win.” Woods left the sporting apparel giant in early January after being associated with the swoosh for 27 years. He has since moved on to launch his own line, Sun Day Red, in a joint venture with his equipment manufacturer, TaylorMade.

He hosts the annual PGA Tour competition, which he is the tournament host for.

Due to the sickness, Woods had to leave the second round early.

He threw an official launch party for the new line before to the start of the event.

A tiger with 15 stripes, representing each major championship that Woods has won in his career, is included in the Sun Day Red logo.

In the improbable event that he wins another major, Woods quipped that he would have to “redo” the trademark.

The 48-year-old made it clear that he intended to discontinue use of his recognizable TW logo.

In 2000, the TW logo made its debut right before the Tiger Slam, which was finished the following year.

Woods declared, “I don’t want it back.”
