Bilal Nichols and the Cardinals Sign $ 21 million deal, $14.6 million…

A defensive lineman is being added by the Cardinals.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Bilal Nichols and Arizona have reached a three-year agreement.

According to Schefter’s first reporting, Nichols’ contract is valued at $21 million, of which $14.4 million is guaranteed.

Nichols played 17 games a year for the Raiders throughout the previous two seasons. In 2023, he played in 54% of the defensive snaps for Las Vegas. In the team’s victory over Kansas City on December 25, he racked up 48 total tackles, including 1.5 sacks, four tackles for loss, and a fumble recovery that he returned for a score.

Nichols, a 2018 fifth-round selection, played his first four seasons with the Bears. Throughout his 94 career games, 83 of which he started, he has 14.0 sacks, 26 tackles for loss, and 44 quarterback hits.
