Tennessee Volunteers cornerback Kamal Haddenhad had the best season of his career last year. He bounced back from a tough 2022 campaign to be the Vols’ top cover corner in 2023. Hadden had 19 tackles, seven pass breakups and three interceptions in seven contests before suffering a season-ending injury against Alabama. He is the first of three representatives from the University of Tennessee to try out for this year’s NFL draft. Hadden will compete alongside other corners this afternoon, and before his career-defining moment, Hadden reflected on what he learned as a volunteer. “Tennessee prepared me a lot for the league, stuck with me and helped me grow as a man and as a player. Michigan has one of the busiest schedules in 2024. The Texas Longhorns enter the Big House in week two of the season. They are projected to have one of the best offenses in the country and Quinn Ewers returns. When Big Ten play begins, the Wolverines will face the USC Trojans, Oregon Ducks and Ohio State Buckeyes.
