Since his hiring in 2020, head coach Kevin Stefanski of the Cleveland Browns has worked with the same offensive coordinators. Following their humiliation in the playoffs against the Houston Texans—a team they had defeated handily in the regular season Stump Mitchell, T.C. McCartney, the offensive coordinator, and Alex Van Pelt were fired by Stefanski.
