Georgia OL to decommit from Alabama, according to 247Sports Crystal Ball predictionOn Tuesday, Mason Short announced his departure from the Crimson Tide. Right now, the Bulldogs are doing well.Georgia hopes to return to form in South Carolina. The Bulldogs want to go to Columbia and win the game in order to get over a difficult home setback.

The Georgia Bulldogs suffered a hard 85-79 loss to No. 5 Tennessee on Saturday, ending their 10-game winning run. The Bulldogs were disappointed to lose such a big opportunity, but they also knew they didn’t have much time to dwell on the past.

Tonight at 9 p.m. ET, South Carolina (14-2, 2-1 SEC) and Georgia (12-4, 2-1 SEC) will square off on the court. The game will be broadcast on ESPNU. The Gamecocks come into the game fresh off a 71-69 overtime victory against Missouri, while the Bulldogs come into the contest coming off an 85-79 loss to the Volunteers.

Georgia forward Jabri Abdur-Rahim had the intelligence to know that the Bulldogs couldn’t feel sorry for themselves even in the wake of their defeat to Tennessee on Saturday.

“When we go on the road, we want to respond the right way,” Abdur-Rahim remarked. “We’re about to embark on two road games. All we want to do is react appropriately following a difficult defeat. That’s the secret, in my opinion, to winning in this league. Every night is going to be difficult. It all depends on how you handle the subsequent one.

Georgia had a chance to defeat a Top-5 program for the first time in 20 years thanks to the efforts of Abdur-Rahim and several of his teammates, but the Bulldogs lost the game in the end. With little over five minutes remaining, Georgia was leading Tennessee by eight points. However, a string of blunders, misses, and points by Tennessee wing Dalton Knecht created the conditions for a comeback.

The Volunteers had scored 15 of the last 16 points of the game when the clock reached zeroes. After missing their last 13 field goals, Georgia exited the court.

On defense, they battled for every square inch of the court. When it counted most, we just couldn’t seem to get a clean look, but when we finally came down to, like, five or six, we got open looks. Mike White, the coach of Georgia, stated, “They just didn’t go.” It could have been more engaging. Furthermore, it was quite difficult for us to make stops, delay Knecht, and then prevent them from crossing the foul line.

Georgia’s winning run of 75 years came to an end on Saturday, and the Bulldogs’ chance to join Alabama and Auburn as the only two SEC clubs without a conference defeat was also lost. The Bulldogs continue to project as an SEC team that can surprise people.
