Justin Jefferson Injury Update: Vikings Coach Offers Optimistic Outlook

innesota Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell provided a promising update on star wide receiver Justin Jefferson’s injury status on Monday. Jefferson, who suffered a quad contusion during Sunday’s 23-17 win over the San Francisco 49ers, is considered “day-to-day”.

O’Connell expressed optimism about Jefferson’s recovery, stating that the early returns are “pretty positive.” The wide receiver was injured while blocking on a run play in the fourth quarter and was helped off the field by trainers.

Despite initial concerns, it appears Jefferson may be back in action as soon as this Sunday. The Vikings will likely continue to monitor his progress throughout the week.
